For two or three years we have had the pleasure

of watching the pied wagtails nesting in the post box

If you are up early you can watch the
osprey fishing at Loch Insh

Crested Tit

This woodpecker comes with his mate every day

I was very fortunate to watch this stoat feeding in the garden

A common bird but nonetheless a great favourite

His colours are very striking

I'm afraid peanut butter is his favourite meal! And the pinemartin has similar taste!

He can be seen strutting round the garden in the spring

Hen pheasant taking her young to safety

This roe deer sometimes rests at the bottom of the garden amongst the birch trees

No highland garden would be complete without the red squirrel
